This is the worst store with the worst customer service around!!! Rude managers with nothing but excuses for their own incompetency!!! Bought a car stereo for our son's vehicle on Sunday and paid for Best Buy to install it. Even though install hours are posted for Sunday they did not have an installer working that day so they made an appointment for us to have it installed on Monday morning. We showed up at the service bay at appointment time on Monday morning and the only person in the bay was a female manager sitting on her phone. When we finally got her to come to the door she said they didn't have an installer working on Monday and we'd have to reschedule. Went to front of the store and spoke to the store manager and he was rude to my wife and offered no apology and no help at all!! He didn't even offer to have someone assist with rescheduling!!! Worst customer service we've ever encountered!!! Never again!!!

This is my local favorite Big Box store. They've always been accommodating and friendly. They even taught me what price match was.
Waited well over an hour for mobile sales. After waiting, the young lady working was not familar with the device we drove over for and said they didnt have it. According to their Bossier store, they had two. I showed her the display and she said it was for store use and not an item they carried. I later confirmed online that they did have it.
Love the attention you get from the AT&T techs. They are very knowledgeable on purchasing a new cell phone.
