they replaced the screen on my iPhone 6+...5 days later and I'm buying a new phone. Don't let these fools touch your phone
The worst customer service ever!!! I would urge people to not to call or go there!!! Very very rude people...this place should be closed down if you consider ethics!!!! I don't know why BEST BUY refers to this worst place???
Fixing my phone screen was supposed to take an hour. After three hours they never called. I finally called and it was done they just hadn't called. My phone screen just randomly turns black now and I had never had this problem before.
Everytime I have came in the store they were friendly and helpful and had what I needed. Great store
