I'd give 10 stars if I could! I went in to this store today to find out what I could do about problems with my recent order online. I ordered 4 bras online about 3 months ago, and 3 of the 4 were coming apart! Wires had come out, stitching coming undone, and I was shocked, because I've bought my bras from VS since high school!
Outdated store. Girls there were not helpful whatsoever.

I talked to an extremely nice lady named Lee, and she looked my order up in the computer and took care of everything! Lee told me how sorry she was that this had happened to me, and explained that sometimes there are factory flaws but that VS stands behind their products. She took me to the section I could find the same style bras and told me to pick out 3 and meet her at the register when I was done! WOW! I was expecting some type of store credit or nothing at all! She continued to assist me with finding my size in the colors I wanted, and explained to me every step of the way what she was doing with the return/exchange process. I've never been let down with customer service in this VS, but today Lee really hit it out of the park! This will be the only VS in town that I shop in! Thanks so much Lee and VS @ Mall St. Vincent!!
Love this store! All of the girls are extremely nice and helpful, but don't hover. Very down to earth and the whole store has a very comfortable atmosphere. Brittney and Monique are great!
