I wasn't greeted upon walking in even though there was 3 or 4 people behind the register talking. I looked at shoes while staff walked all around me and I left again without anyone saying anything to me. Shoes weren't that expensive but I'll spend my money at a place that acknowledges my existence.

Great shoe selection. Also have tons of other gear for runners. Not the place to go for economic shopping, though.
The customer service was good , but my complaint is that when you return there merchandise and if you use your debit card you will not get your money immediately nor within several days! I wouldn't suggest using your credit or debit card at this store if you have cash then that's the way to pay ! It's a shame and then they tell you they deal with a third party so no telling when you'll get your money ! Sounds like fraud to me. Soooo you have to file a complaint with your bank to get your money back .
