Hire someone over the age of 18, especially the person answering the phone. Called about getting a hat embroidered for my son, I was told "I don't know" about 6 times by multiple people when I called, then "do you want me to check or what?" No one knew anything. Went to check to see if they had one and had to go back to check the price lol. I work in retail, if they ask you to see if you have it, next thing is "what's the price?"
Very frustrating when you've spent money there, are down because of back surgery and can't drive so you have to call ahead and check before you have someone else go up there. Also frustrating because Steadman's is gone.
