If you can't get an appointment with her, ask for an appointment with one of her trainees as she will assist them in cutting your hair. She treats her customers like royalty and goes out of her way to keep customers satisfied. If she ever has to cancel an appointment for an emergency, she is always willing to work out a time convenient for the customer.
