I called made reservation with Ashley for next day. She explained cancellation policy and services. However, after viewing reviews,I was skeptical so I wanted to cancel massages and keep pedi/mani but she said I would still be charged because it was within 24 hours. I didn't understand nor really agree with it sincs i was still getting other services so mom an I went ahead with massages. (Swedish massages,pedi,mani) I was a little irritated when I arrived but left happy and relaxed. My massage therapist was Sandra, my mom's massage therapist was Usheka. Both catered to our needs. They asked questions about our wants. Will definitely request these two every time. Very professional.

Tips: Donot book unless you KNOW your going. You will get charged for services regardless within 24 hours but they do offer a voucher I believe if u cancel late. Also,I'm very big on customer service. The bad reviews on here about customer service, I dont think those people are still enployed. We didn't encounter any rude people. Give them another try. Great service and great work. You won't leave unhappy.
My pedicure was awesome! My nail tech Tierra was really nice and she did a great job. I will go back for other services.

Nail Techs: Kenda and B.J. Did a great job on our toes and nails. These ladies are professional with superior customer service. The mani/pedi were great. We didn't want to leave.
