The overall experience with Rainbow Travel Agency was very professional, timely, and pleasant. We traveled over seas in December 2011 and our travel plans were perfect! Because of our experience they will have our business again! I recommend this travel agency! We are a company that has worked with others in our travels, and this particular company gets five stars.

My experience with rainbow travel agency started off a little shaky but Gigi made it right. It wasn't because of anything she did. Just miscommunication from a third party that I used.
