Airlines tell you to be here 2 hours in advance on international flights...but American Airlines Shreveport,LA, ticket counter has no one here to check you in!!!!!! When he does get here he announces he still has 15 minutes before he has to start checking!!!! Shame on the employee but also shame on American Airlines and the Shreveport airport for not having people here earlier. And also teaching them to be courteous and do their job!
