Great place. People very helpful. I like seeing all the animals
Very disappointed with the condition of animal exhibits. The poor ferrets were playing in their own feces, which was piled on top of older layers. Clearly the employees are not creating a healthy environment for their animals. The cages housed beautiful birds that were caked with old feces below their stands. I am appalled by the lack of cleanliness at this store. The employees were also very unfriendly and did not make eye contact.
Staff is friendly and loves animals. Store has a good selection and variety. The clearance bins always have good deals.
I take our long hair dachshund here for grooming and they always do a good job.
What in the world is wrong with the feeder rats & mice? I get them anywhere else and everything is just fine. I get them Petco and my snake won't touch them. I keep them feed. watered and in a premium environment. Still, they die within a day to 3 days. Not just one occurrence either but several. So I switch to another mom & pop pet supply and not one problem. The alternating tank sales aren't bad. Pet supply, toys and food is overly expensive.
