I was on the road between Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX on a cross country trip with my new Africa Twin. I really didn't want to go too many miles more without an oil change so I stopped in with full intention of grabbing oil and a filter to do it in a parking lot somewhere. These guys, specifically Tyler the service guy, took outstanding care of me. Price was less than a hundred bucks and I was in and out in 30 minutes for them to do the oil change for me. I got some fresh hot coffee and hung out for a minute. Top notch service, price and hospitality. Stop in here if you ride Honda anywhere near Shreveport, Lousiana. They even had the tip on where the good Cajun food was nearby for lunch!
As a new rider just getting into riding motorcycles the staff there made the experience feel extremely welcoming. If your a new rider and are worried about where to start and how to get going go in and ask for Eddie. He will set you up and get you where you need to be.
It's a great place to go for parts, or a new side by side, four wheeler,the men that work there know thete stuff.
I've always liked this place. Bought my last motorcycle here but when I went in last nobody approached me ,no one asked if I needed help. My son and I were looking for our next bikes. Maybe they were busy, but someone saying "we'll be with you as soon as possible " goes a long way in my book.
