No shocker I'm sure on the 1 star, people are lazy, and rude, pretty much useless
I use this branch frequently and always find the staff very helpful. Very occasionally, because of under-staffing at peak periods, you might find yourself 4th in line, and have to wait 2 or 3 minutes - big deal! The alternative is more staff with higher postal rates. For what you pay, the US post Office does a magnificent job.

4/ 22/2016 The post office handles everything. You cannot make a appointment, you get there sign for it and wait your turn. You can take your picture there for a fee. The business hours correspond with the post office. They are busy at lunch and now that we are getting closer to the summer. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was disappointing to read bad reviews, when they are doing everything they can to handle the awful situation of not having a full time person to get your passport done. Thank you .
