OPERATOR 41 must not know how to Google an address. Called to make a report and gave her the name of the business and the street it's on, and because I didn't have the exact address she said she couldn't make a report or send someone there!! OPERATOR 41 proceeded with a smart aleck attitude and told me to call back when I had an address. That is, until I asked her name; then suddenly she was able to "send someone there right away." I asked if she needed me to Google an address FOR HER, told her it would take me about 2 seconds, and she no longer needed it. Do they require a high school diplomas to take emergency calls at the Police Dept.? I hope OPERATOR 41 doesn't answer the phone if my life is ever in danger.
