I had used Speedway Plumbing since 2016 when my drain pipe was clogging up and we called Robert to handler our plumbing issues. Robert was very straight forward with us and gave his honest opinion and didn't to upselling us. On July 2017, I had an issues with my drain pipe again and called another company to service. Not only the our problem was not solved by this other plumbing company, I have to call Robert back and he was able to unclogged our drain pipe and told us that we need to get our drain pipe fix and recommended us to another company who specialized in that line of work.
I told Robert my bad experienced with the other plumbing company, Robert went out of his way and called the owner of this other plumbing company. The owner of this other plumbing company came back to our home and gave our check back to us personally and apologized for the mistake made by his employee. Hey guys if you go to Speedway Plumbing company and read their slogan "Plumbing with Integrity", they really stand behind it. In business or life, if you are honest and treat your customer right, you will always get a repeat happy customer. I hate writing a blog, but Robert went out his way for us. I am going to take my time writing this blog and give him a rating that his company deserve and in my personal experienced earn my business 100%.
