I have used the Shreveport area Roto-Rooter two times and both times the operators was fntastic and polite. Both times, Brian was sent to my house along w helper Justin. They unclogged a drain in my sister throughbith times, added a clean out to my drainage line, along with repacked a toilet and all of its components. These guys worked very cleans and then cleaned any mess that they may have made. They spoke to me in terms I could understand and made me feel like I called the corrrect people to service my clogged drain. Thank you.
A few months ago we had a badly clogged kitchen sink so called Roto Rooter. They were able to get someone out within an hour. Mark [Tech #72] was professional, friendly and got it fixed quickly. Thank you! Would definitely use them again when needed.
Responded quickly, came out fast, quick assessment and with instant pricing, Brian seemed to know his trade and did a good job. Only reason not 5 stars is I thought the price was a touch high for the services rendered. Overall, good experience, would use them again if needed.
Had a leak under the slab and was extremely impressed with the knowledge and timeliness of Roto-Rooter. We had already had one plumber spend 3 hours and the problem still wasn't found. They said they would have to come back in 2 days with help knowing we had shut the water off to the house. We made one phone call and by 9:00am Brian was at the house and re-routed our plumbing, working until 7:00pm that night. Would call them again in a heartbeat!!
They have great service and actually have knowledge in what they are doing when they come out to your home. I am well pleased !
