This place used to seriously lack with customer service, but in the past couple of months, the staff has markedly turned around. The attitude had gone from "I'm doing you a favor" to "we really appreciate you choosing us." This has been a normal stop for us in the little time we have between getting off work and going to roller derby practice.
Long wait for our food. Wasn't that busy. But food was good and staff was friendly and seemed generally sorry about the wait.
Very friendly and courteous staff. I've stopped here a couple of times on my way out of Shreveport, and the staff had taken it upon themselves to offer extra help, making sure that I had everything I needed.
Sorry I want go back it's happened before tiny amount of meat & 85% lettus bad d eal !
Food conformed with Taco Bell's standards (I've been to many, and they usually do.), the place was clean and well maintained.
