Like one other comment, the atmosphere does seem very uncomfortable, like a part of a rundown or trashy part of Shreveport. I would just say don't come here when it's dark. We've ordered from this location several times, and the service was okay.

I stayed in the drive thru for about 30 mins and when I called to ask if someone is working the drive thru ...a very rude guy says yes someone is working the drive thru and I'm getting the pizza out as fast as I can. Well 1st of all I thought they suppose to have ready pizzas. Smh
I and my mom made another stop last Monday. Walking inside, the workers were loud, arguing (but playfully) with each other. It seemed very ghetto and unprofessional at first, but the more i sat down and observed their attitudes, the more amusing it was. I could tell, they all were comfortable and just trying to breeze by the shift the best they could. All were hard at working and very nice. Even when I left, one of the guys nicely saw us out of the store. The wind blew, and my mom's napkin were carried off. One of the guys inside saw it, and just as we were about to drive off, he gave us more napkins. So, yeah, kudos to the team.
