Customers were very rude and cursing at me over thw phone. Food was very cold. I ask for manager name and area manager i think they gavw me wrong names. Food came so late that my kids fell asleep. Its just rididculous and i hope someone does something about the staff that they have. The customer service is very poor.
I tried to use the slice the price card which gives you 2 for 1 large pizzas at menu price but they told me that it's a higher price when using the card. So don't fall for any charity card stuff from dominos. It's a scam
I would have to agree with the many other posts. Extremely rude! I hope the delivery is better than the customer service over the phone.
If I could give this store nothing I would, first of all me and my coworkers order from the Youree dr location all the time but lately I had to stop because the last pizza I received was hard and burnt and to top it off the pizza was everywhere in the box, the next time tags I called the cashier had me on speakerphone like she was outside placing orders then she started to take my order and told me to hold on while I was trying to place my order she then comes back and says the computer was down and did I want to call back wow!!!!! I will never order from Dominos pizza again
If I could give negative stars I would. I get it - the location is in a rough part of town but this is my neighborhood and a Domino's I go to anytime my parents are in town to visit me and my son. That said - I appreciate anyone who is willing to work for their living instead of living off of government handouts but there's a certain MINIMUM bar to be set if you CHOOSE to work in a service industry. This was by far the single worst experience I've ever had with this location. I ordered from the app so my pizza would be ready by the time I made it across town. When I arrived the manager said "what?" --- ok, you're not in a good mood fine. I'm here for a pick up order that shows ready. I gave her my name and she gave me the total. I handed her my card and she picked up the phone and called someone. Then proceeded to have a conversation about a background check on an employee. Looked up for a second and asked my billing zip code. Then went back to her call. Another employee came up, rummaged through a purse, pulled out perfume, smelled it and handed to the manager who was still on the phone. Then she walked away. Several minutes later - I'm still at the window being ignored - the manager ends the call and asks if my pizza is ready. It had been. For at least ten minutes now. She hands me the pizza without looking at me and never gave me a receipt. I sat stupidly for another minute thing she would at LEAST look over and acknowledge her customer. Nope. This place is the worst and it's sad because only a year ago every employee there was entertaining, enthusiastic and remembered not just our names but our orders and preferences. I really hope the franchise owner takes some interest in fixing this location.
