I have a set of twin boys, and the 1st four letters of there name is the same. My boys was born prematurely, so I applied for disability. Its been 6 months and my twins end up having the same social security number. I call and go up there all the time and they just give me the Run around saying there central office is working on my son case and the public has no access to speak with them. With all that being said its all a load of crap because they was suppose to file claims a day apart because of there names. I didn't know that apparently because I don't work there but they knew!!! I waited out my 180 days in still no progress. What are the necessary steps to make something happen.
Waited 3 hours to report wages due to a glitch in their system caused the app and phone methods to not work. If I have to do this every month I will quit my job before I do this again.

I only chose a star to be able to give a review because this office doesn't deserve any star. I arrived at 830am to get a decent parking spot and all of them were already taken. This is the worst establishment in Shreveport. They should've remained at the first location.
HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED NICE , BUT I DO AGREE THAT THEY NEED MORE PARKING SPOTS FOR US CITIZENS ;)
