This place never answers phone calls or calls back. They make it do hard to get family planning medicine the waiting was not long but they do not make it easy to get your meds.
The only difference between this place and Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's only has one clown running the show. My second visit in a row where i was disrespected, and spent over 3 hours waiting. I tried to file a complaint but no one ( the employees) couldnt find a form. I dont want to discuss my personal details but step by step today this place didnt do anything they were suppost to or that i paid for. This place needs a serious investigation, these emplyoees think their above the law.
Please investigate housekeeping on the pet floor at the Eldorado. I don't have a pet but I am a smoker and smokers are sent to the pet floor I have have contracted scabies and as I am in a wheelchair there is no other way I could have contracted this infestation. I am in excruciating pain and am scarred for life. I plan to seek other avenues of retribution. Please contact me when you have conducted your investigation as my attorney will be in touch
