Great service and quick pickup at Home Depot! Ordered at 3pm and picked up at 6pm
I found my item easily but it was so high on the shelf I couldn't reach it. I couldn't find an employee to assist and had to ask another customer to get it for me.
Customer service by the store manager was outstanding. Went out of his way ensure an item that was being discontinued was still functionally workable before purchase by customer. I have never had a problem with any of the management at the Bert Kouns Shreveport store. Thank YOU Home Depot for the continuted discount for our Military personnel .
Horrible! We could not get one person to help us! One customer who needed help carrying out his large load of ceramic tiles could not find any sales associate to help him load it up. Even after the lady at the return desk kept calling for any associate to help over the loud speaker. Needless to say we left and went to Lowes. Once we were at Lowes we found a wonderful and very helpful associate to help us.
I mainly shop for gardening supplies and they have a larger variety of succulents than Lowes as well as lower prices. Stroe is well staffed and well maintained.
