Bought a can of mixed paint. I got home and realized that I really needed 2 cans and the next paint chip color over. Apparently 100% satisfaction doesn't count if your color doesn't work with the lighting in your home.
I would have bought 2 more gallons if I could have at least felt like customer service attempted to be friendly.
Young man was very helpful. Made my shopping much faster. I was on the wood department and he cut something for me. Was so nice when I got home it just fit with my measurements.
I have always had great shopping experiences here. I go in probably once every 2-3 months and each time I have needed the assistance of a store associate to find something that I had no idea where to look. I've also just needed help with trying to figure out what I needed for a specific task. Each person who has helped me has been so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable that I really don't have any desire to go anywhere else. I was just in last night ordering items to make a backyard patio and not only did 2 different associates help me find what I needed, they helped me pick the right products, calculate how much I needed and helped me to get extra discounts by just handling things in a certain order. Couldn't be happier every time I go in.
This place is horrible. You can't get help. Even from people who appeared to Management. I could only find one area of insulation and grabbed what should have been the right stuff. I should have checked a little closer obviously. Went to the register it rang up way higher than expected. I showed the online price got an attitude from the register lady and she price checked it saying it was right. I couldn't take it and just walked out. Home Depot was glad to help. In and out within 15-20 mins.
They go out of their way to help when they see you walking around in circles. After Christmas sales are fantastic.
