Shop is clean and I paid exactly what was quoted. I paid $80 for my cornrows which was much nicer than the cornrows that I received from the braiding shop off of E. Texas paying $70. I went in person off of E. Texas asked her how much does/will she charge. By the time I went home and came back to have hair braided, the price changed.
She has the ability to be excellent at hairbraiding, but she needs to manage her time better,. I loved my hair, but to spend 13hours getting my hair done was horrific, the only reason I didn't leave was because she had already begun braiding it.
Do not I repeat do not use them.. they have horrible time management and don't do your hair how you ask.. I stopped coming here because of this then after my coworker came in with her hair done by Bella and said she didnt have her wait or anything I decided to try her again after 3 years only because my regular lady Fefe at Bossou African hair braiding (her and her shop is amazing) is out of town. Huge mistake she didn't do what I asked her to do then got mad when I complained after I told her 3 times she wasnt doing it how I wanted when she was doing it.. NEVER AGAIN

I just walked out first Bella does not have a appt book second she did not ask me who I was or what I was getting three my appt was at 8:30 and I arrived at 8:25am and there was 3 women ahead of two getting their hair braided and one waiting to get hers done I sat there a hour and a half waiting for whoever she said was coming this is the second time I have gone through this with them never again especially if it takes them 9hrs to do a head
