Well made furniture and the customer service is wonderful.
Do not get your lazyboy furniture repaired at this store. Month and a half still not done. No communication with me. I had to call them to get any information on the situation of my couch. No parts stock! They didn't completely check the couch over before ordering parts so they had to order parts twice. They also tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it twice. Once when I dropped it off and two days after I dropped it off over the phone. Yeah I was just bored and decided to bring them my couch for fun!! I would also say that it's partially corporates fault too for not expediting parts. When someone spends thousands of dollars on furniture, one would expect better customer service!
I was just pleased with how knowledgeable Jim is and that he showed me the products in my price range and didn't try to get me to spend extra or push me to buy anything and he didn't hover over me and the prices were decent and y'all had the 3 things I wanted in a recliner, pushback, rocker and extendable foot thing I was just overall pleased with my whole experience
Worst customer service ever. The sales lady was nice, but others were not. They lied to me at the store and when I called to check on my sofa and the male rep talked down to me and was very disrespectful. Long store short. Going into this store was a horrible mistake.
I would not recommend this store to anyone! We bought two recliners off the floor, one had to be returned and remade a few weeks after getting it because the padding was so thin. It was awful!! We ordered two other recliners for another room in October and they passed the date it was expected to arrive on both! Now we are told one will be here maybe in February. 5 MONTHS!! And no phone calls from the Shreveport store saying there is a delay. I have to continue calling for any information get.
