Nice furniture's store. Not pleased with the sake person, she gave me incorrect information repeatedly. Customer service is also complicated to deal with. Store manager is nice and was helpful.
The people who run Haverty's furniture are some of the worst people. My mother called me almost in tears because what they were about to do to her. My mom saved her money and bought a good mattress set for her husband. It was covered under warranty. She was getting a new mattress because hers was damaged. She was told to discard of it or she could pay to let them haul it off. So I helped her load it up to be thrown away. The delivery people showed up (nicest people we have met). They checked and made sure it was ok to throw away. I leave and go to the dump. She called and said I had to go back and dig the mattress out of the dump or they were going to take her new one away. Because "some boss" refused to do his job properly, they were going to make my mother sleep on the floor or pay another 3000 for a bed she already paid for. Luckily I got it before it was destroyed. When she called to find put what was wrong they pointed their finger at everyone but themselves. They did not care if my parents slept on the floor. I will never shop there again and will never recommend them to anyone.
Salesperson would not stop pestering us so we took our business elsewhere. If I want your help I will ask you.
