Great service and had the skinny khakis that my daughter wanted and on sale for $21 so I bought 2 pair for the price of one original price.
Great selection of all sorts of things, including bathroom decor. I found the perfect rugs for my kids' bathroom and they were on sale! I got an amazing deal adding the RetailMeNot ten dollar off coupon to my purchase as well. And the cashier was incredibly pleasant and cheerful!
Very poor customer service. And rude employee's! It took me over 3 hours to exchange 3 items. And I didn't even want to return them, I just simply needed a bigger size. The lady told me they'd have to refund my JCPenney card and recharge it for the exchanged stuff, really!!! I just needed a bigger size and to top it all off, I don't even have a card. And the items were not purchased with a card! Frustrating!!
I approach the counter to return some items and was the first customer of that morning to do so. It was obvious that the cashier was not having a good morning. After talking to her a few moments and asking her to have a good day, she cheered right up. I must say she provided awesome, great service. She made suggestions on things that I might want to get for Christmas. As far as I'm concerned, she went over and Beyond the Call of Duty and I greatly appreciate her help and her service
Very good shopping trip today. Found a few deals, had to really dig for them. Came out with some nice items but nothing I went in to look for. I will call that trip a win. The only problem I find with the store is there isn't any kind of organization to the clothing.
