I love their selection of purses in this Dillard's. I'm from Monroe, but I drove to this Dillard's today just to buy a purse that ours doesn't have. We met Ms Diane Smith the last time we were there and she has the best customer service. We got her card because she is now the only one that we will be going to for our purchases. She is the one who helped me with all of my needs. She's so sweet and kind. If you ever go here, ask for her in the watch dept. She'll help you with whatever you need. Thanks!
It's the only store I buy my out on the town clothes. Nice clean environment, very friendly and helpful, but I've noticed over the years Dillards carry more t-shirts than collar shirts in the urban clothing.
Loved the manager over the men's department. He helped us in the women's when no one else knew what to do.
