Rooms were big but could use some TLC. Beds were comfortable but our sheets seemed dirty upon arrival and on the last day we had possibly a bed bug come out of one of our beds. Staff was nice when informed and called someone to come take a look. Besides our bedding not clean we also had stinky towels and a dirty earring left in our bathroom Yuck! We got a cheap price on our room not worth it at full price. Downstairs was impressive but no breakfast to go for the busy guests.
Very nice rooms, but starting to show the signs of age. Service at the front desk and in the casino was good, but lackluster at the lobby coffee shop (terrible coffee too). Second time staying here, but not quite as impressive this visit as it had been in the past. I no longer feel the premium price vs. nearby properties is warranted. Large casino floors and plenty of good games though. Nice casino bar.
Can't wait to return here! Lovely suite, super cozy.. definitely suitable for a couples retreat with the Jacuzzi tub and separate standing shower. The $8 steak meal is pretty good in the Paradise cafe across from hotel check in on the 1st floor.
The hotel and casino was nice. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I would highly recommend the property if you want to be at a casino. The casino had a lot of tables open and a decent poker room.
Went to play some slots and have a drink. As always, the setting is decent and it's a nice spot. This time it took a while for any of the waitresses to acknowledge our presence. We had to ask the guy walking around with cash if he could ask one of the waitresses, which he did. It usually isn't like that, so I'll give them 4 stars
