The best donuts on the planet!
Went at 1030am on a Monday and they didn't have any donuts or kolaches. Not even glazed donuts. Zero! How is that possible, you're a donut shop. Get with the program. Lady at the front said they'd have fresh donuts at 4pm... Constant problems with this location.
The best. Not in Louisiana...not in the south....in the country. I challenge anyone to find a better doughnut because if it exists I need to eat one.
Southern maid has always had the best donuts in the south. There service today was awesome even with the power out. They were selling as fast as they could. They were out of regular glazed but had plenty of awesome cream filled, apple fritters, chocolate coved and kalachis. I will keep going back.
