Went through the drive thru. Most of the items I ordered were not available due to missing ingredients. To make matters worse, the lady that worked the drive thru was incredibly RUDE. I watched her prepare my good through the window and witnessed her drop my bread on the floor. It rolled under the prep station. She just picked it up and put it in my bag with the rest of my stuff! When I called her on it, she pretty much brushed it off as if it weren't a sanitary issue! Emailed the corporate office, and I am waiting on a reply. Other reviews were right. This place really is going downhill!
The folks who work at this location love their job and it shows. Food is good, as is the coffee
Was not impressed with the service to begin with. As I was trying to enjoy my food I had the pleasure of listening to an employee be incredibly rude to an older gentlemen who had a question about the menu. Would not recommend
Panera is my favorite quick bite to eat! At this specific location, we were served the softest and most fresh Panera french baguette ever!
The food is decent but like most area franchises, there's a half-life on the quality of service. The Youree location went down hill at the end of 2016. The employees aren't rude so much as they are apathetic. I order bagels regularly for work and the employee that takes my order over the phone invariably gets something wrong and I often have a baker's dozen bagels delivered to me in what I can only describe as a large opaque trash bag. Not appealing.
