In my personal experience at ALPHA MOBILE HOME PARK I found the management to be somewhat professional. Seems to be slacking in the maintenance and grounds up keep.

Called ahead to view trailer. spoke to women who was managing the office and was told to be there before 4 o clock and she would show me the trailer. I knocked on the office door at 3:42 because I came from North Bossier and she refused to show me the trailer and said I was to late and she was already leaving. she then shut the door in my face. Very Rude and I would not rent from her. I could only imagine trying to have something fixed and having to call her for help, you probably wouldn't get any.
My sister lives there and she has no complaints
