Such an honest and fair roofing contractor! The owner, Shelby Cage will make you laugh. He's a really nice guy and takes the time to actually talk to and help you. Although I don't live in the Shreveport area, I have many friends and family members who do and I highly recommend this company to them all!
An Advanced Roof has completed our home roof and it looks amazing. They worked with our insurance company and were respectful of staying on our budget. The work crews both for the exterior and interior were respectful of our home and courteous to everyone. We just bought a house a year ago that they did the roofing on. Before we bought the house it was leaking so they came out and repaired it and the ceiling. It is now leaking in the same spot. They say the warranty isn't good because there was a 75.00 fee to keep it. We were never told this. We were told by the owner that the roof warranty was good till 2017. We asked could we pay the 75.00 now that we know about. We were told we need to speak to the owner. Well after 3 weeks of trying to talk to the owner and a visit to their office. We still have not heard from anyone. And the roof is still leaking and we have water spots all over our kitchen ceiling and no response from our calls or visits
We knew we had some storm damage to our roof that had accumulated over the 10 years that we have lived in our home. We called An Advanced Roof for their opinion, they confirmed and advised us to call our insurance company. We did & Shelby even met the inspector at our home. The process was painless! The crew was fabulous! They worked extremely hard in the heat and cleaned everything up like it was before they started working upon completion. We didn't find a single nail in our flowerbeds, driveway, or yard!!! Very professional from beginning to end!! We HIGHLY recommend using An Advanced Roof!
An Advanced Roof has now completed the largest job out of three commercial roofing jobs we had scheduled. They have put a split seam metal roof on our large commercial property and we have been receiving compliments from all who pass by. The crew was courteous and conscientious to working around our needs as well as accomplishing the job within the time allotted. An Advanced Roof has been a pleasure to work with. Their follow through and attention to customer service is excellent. We had some unique characteristics to our roof which they were able to manufacture solutions for and the roof looks great!
