Roger Christain Realty is a terrible place to rent from. All they want is money money MONEY. I lived with a friend in a rental property and fixed up the place nicely. New screen, beautiful yard, put in a ladder for attic, tiled the sunroom, and much more and all we got back after moving out was about 1/2 the deposit. They never call you back, the people in the office are rude, and they have no southern respect for people who actually are good and always paid on time. I will never use them again and would advise others not to.
Roger Christian Realty doesn't give a damn about you, they only care about your money. I lived in one of the properties they manage I wasn't there a month before my vehicles were broken into. I didn't feel safe and wanted out of my lease because I didn't want whomever broke into my vehicles to then break into the home where me and my young kids lived. So, I went into RCR (Shreveport office ) explained what happened even showed them the police report and he wouldn't let me out of the lease. I had 4days prior to the break in paid the next month rent in advance. Anyways I feared for myself and kids so I broke the lease and Roger Christian sued me
Absolutely love Roger Christian Realty. Employees, Susan & Jim, are super to work with. I was out of town looking for a rental in Shreveport; they expedited the paperwork, made sure the house was ready, and cut the grass right before I moved in. Maintenance (Victor) is terrific! AC stopped working the first week-end we were in the house. I called Susan on Monday morning and by noon Victor was there and had the AC up and running again. I would highly recommend Roger Christian Realty to anyone looking to rent or purchase a property in Shreveport or the surrounding areas.
