They'll happily take your money so you can park on their lot, and as usual they take no responsibility for damages, theft. Yet, they refuse to secure the lot in a way that's professional and courteous to both tenant and neighbors to the parking lot.

Dianne, the manager, (and thus system parking) will also illegally chain off a ramp to property that system parking doesn't own, that is used by handicapped people, bicyclists, and pedestrians when the woman in the black jeep that's pictures, double parked, and caddy corner demanded she do so.
When the attention of persons parking, in the lot she manages in front of the strand, with no tags, double parking, active tenants of theirs using the lot to feed feral animals that disrupt the lives of people who live around said parking lot, is brought to their attention, the response is nothing, time and time again.
The parking guy is horrible in the booth located across from LSU medical center now University Health. The first time we had an encounter I was giving him my money he wouldn't extend his arm to get my money. I had to reach out my vehicle to reach him but I'm also 7mos pregnant so I'm not really bending much. The next afternoon he saw me pull up he ignored me for at least 2 mins. So at this point I'm like dude what's your deal. He stated he was not in the mood for B****ES like me today. I don't know this man never had any problems before him but he stated he was going to have me towed away. Then your fat a** will have to park somewhere else when you come back. So I called the office to file a report to Diana and I think that made matters worst because this time he slammed the window in my baby sister face after he snatched the money out her hand. She knew nothing about the report I made and she was the paying customer at the time.
Highly unprofessional manager.
