It's a nice place if you just want to take a nice walk or jog. You can play frisbee with friends or even bring your dogs along so they can get out and enjoy the scenery.
Park is okay to visit. The classic car and train rusting/waisting away should be cleaned and touched up.
Some of the play equipment was off limits. There's a nice train display, it's closed due breaking equipment
Hated seeing people trash on the water edge. There a walkway I walked on saw beer cans and bottles. Don't put your trash in natural habitat. Let's keep all Louisiana lakes clean from litter.
