When we got there the box office sign said buy tickets at concession. OK no problem. There were two lanes open at concession. Both pretty long. When we finally got to the register we were told we could not buy our ticket in THAT lane. Had to be in the other lane. Which by now is even longer. There were NO SIGNS STATING THAT ANYWHERE! If I had not already bought tickets online we would have left at that point. But since I had we stood in the other line for another 5 -10 minutes. I will say the seats were fantastic and the theater was clean. But unless this issue is resolved I'll never be back. It is a guessing game as to which lane to get in. 50/50 chance of getting it right. Oh and my husband recently had back surgery and was walking with a cane. Seems like SOMEONE there could have told us!
Great Theater Experience! Love the New Luxury Loungers! Gives you plenty of seat space and are quite comfortable. Also, love the Icee machines and the taste of the popcorn. Only complaints are that the ticket line moves really slowly now that people have to choose their seats; and, if you choose to buy online (even with a Cinemark giftcard), you have to pay the ridiculous fees that come along with using the service. I also hate that they overcharge for all the refreshments! But, the Tuesday specials make it more affordable for larger families to go.
Today was our second time to visit the theater. Our seats were full of popcorn and the floor was filthy. I spoke to a manager regarding my concerns. He sent an employee to clean our seats and the area in front of them. The rest of the theater was left unclean. I found this unacceptable.
In terms of movie quality, sound, price, and friendliness this is by far the BEST movie theater I've been to! It also looks cool and has a game section and food stand which is cool. Cinemark also offers free upgrades and gives you points which you can claim for rewards if you sign up with them.
Love discount ticket Tuesday!!! Got in and out for under $30 with food included. Love the new recliners as well.
