Well our experience with this law firm was not so pleasant. Upon arrival the secretary greeted us warmly... We talked to the Parralegal Kaylee && Attorney Claude..We all came to a mutual agreement && we agreed that we would return the following day to return the fee..Kaylee was very helpful and open-minded. Well whenever we called the following day Claude went back on his word && gave my boyfriend a very hard time about the help that they'd agreed upon...We were very dis-satisfied with the way things were handled..I just feel that a potential client should never be treated in that manner..Im not saying that the whole law firm is crappy because they arent..It was only Claude!!!! We ended up taking our buisness elsewhere but I want Claude to know that he really missed out on doing buisness with a great client...
