I experienced incredibly friendly service and Lockhart went above and beyond what was required. I went in to have my watch fixed. They were able to quickly identify the problem, but while there, I was asked if my ring needed cleaning and if I had not been asked, I could have easily lost the diamond in my wedding ring. Mr. Lockhart took one quick look at my ring and realized that one of my prongs holding my diamond secure had broken off. This is not the first time I have experienced this type of service. Also, my jewelry was returned clean and shiny in a very prompt manner. There is no other jeweler in town that I trust as much as Lockhart!

Picking and pairing jewelry is definitely not my forte, but I can always depend on the ladies at Lockhart to get on a personal level and really help me decide what avenue to take when making a decision. They never disappoint. Ask for Amanda, very helpful and always one to put you at ease with her bubbly personality.
They helped my fiancé build the most gorgeous custom engagement ring. They also helped us pick out our wedding rings. They were so helpful, accommodating, and professional. The craftsmanship that is put into each piece is breathtaking. I will be using them for all of my jewelry needs in the future.
