When you first walk in, it's a really bone-silent office. It's so quiet that even the air makes noise. Even so, it's spotlessly clean. The front desk lady was very nice, but what made the experience very pleasant and grateful was working with Jeff Phipps who has a very soft voice and a very friendly atmosphere around him. Milkeya was another helpful person; very encouraging, positive-driving woman. Smile is beautiful and treats you like family.
