Such a neat store. Friendly staff and lots to explore.
Their lunch hours are 11-1. We ordered beef bulgogi and got HUGE lunch plates that tasted awesome, served with a side of kimchi and rice. The owners are nice, and the lady will make it extra hot if you want it that way.
Horrible experience. First of all, the owner/worker did not treat us like customers and seemed to look down on us. Second, when we special ordered something, we received a discount of $10. Literally two days after, there was another owner/worker who called us and said that they mis-charged us and wanted us to pay the extra $10. $10!! really?? Anyways, we acknowledged and picked up our order. The product? Poorly made. It was not cut well and just looked horrible. We didn't even want to serve the food because it had a bad presentation.
Needless to say, I do not recommend this place as there is no customer care or loyalty. They are not customer focused and only look for the smallest of profits (again, it's only $10...). How is this company still in business? Oh wait, it is pretty much one of the only Korean markets in the area. Please someone, open up a Korean market of your own. I guaranteed it will be 1,000x better than this place.
