But that's just my opinion and my experience. Otherwise, the heart felt moments and genuine condolences from the staff were unexpected and very welcomed!

The staff gets a much better grade than the facility, because of the extra feeling of true sympathy and compassion, buts that's all. We did have problems with program layouts, order of music play lists and a sense of a general lack of organized, committed, and professional people.
My aunts service was way overcharged. Questioned charges, no reply. Unprofessional. Not recommended
Excellent service with dad and then my mom.have had other family and was always top notch!
The messed up everything. They even embalmed my mother and we didn't want her embalmed. The family has always used them up until now. They have really gone downhill. I don't recommend them.
