alax norman and carly springs are the worst customers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They started their own problems and were denied my service and the third party they were sent by. It is a guy bathroom in the shop and she was not in it. Disgusting and immature was the way he acted. Good riddance!
The lady at the front has an awesome sense of style. Very sweet. Don't listen to the net reviews. It might be a small place and look not right but THEY DO KNOW WHAT THEY R DOING AT CHEAPEST PRICE. One of the mechanics , Thomas knows what he's doing. They've always taken care of me. Go here, not the other places. You'll regret it.
Tommy is always fair. As a female, I find that many automotive repair shops will overcharge or try to sell me repairs that aren't necessary; this is NOT one of those places. The owner believes in karma, so he treats everyone fairly; repairs are done professionally for a fair price (not cheap, but definitely fair). Even though we no longer live in Shreveport, this is still our primary automotive repair provider and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
Highly disappointed. Not only was a talked to like I was an inconvenience, but was given wrong information and then turned away. The mechanic was rude and inappropriate to my fiancé and showed no courtesy or respect when attempting to work on my car. The bathroom was also disgusting, with vulgar and obscene writing all over the walls. We will certainly never use this shop in the future.
