Dr. Shelby is GREAT! He is a great doctor and puts his patients at ease very quickly. He's thorough and doesn't make you feel rushed while you're there. The downside is actually getting behind the door from the waiting area. Be prepared to wait a very long time. I've sat in the waiting area for almost two hours before. I finally had to ask the receptionist how much longer it would be. It was like they had forgotten about me. At the same appointment, two other patients did the same thing. It wasn't like this when he and Dr. Sipes were on their own a few years ago. Since they've joined up with the other doctors, the waiting room is packed, and the wait time is stupidly long. Also, the front desk ladies could be friendlier and keep their personal conversations down. I hear enough gossip at my own office; I don't want to hear everyone else's. If Dr. Shelby wasn't so phenomenal, I would probably go elsewhere. However, if things continue like this, I may consider going to someone else.
