I sat there for a while to wait until the check cleared but it was a honor to have a sit and watching these guys have a great day, doin their job. They really are enjoying their job. They tell you their name and get to business. asking questions is how they know what you need for your truck. AND LITTLE MISSY I didnt forget you, great manors, the office and restrooms was so clean. Thankfully these guys are not shy. You can see their pride on every truck that comes out. I watched six big BEAUTIFUL trucks go though today. These guys are quick and on their toes. I'm so proud of these guys, if your in the area CHECK THEM OUT! IT'S WELL WORTH IT, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.
11/11/17 Have been to this location many times in the past and had good service. Tonight was TERRIBLE!!! Truck and trailer was washed 3 times and I could still wipe my hand across them both and have dirt on my hand. Yeah THREE ATTEMPTS to was it and still was dirty! "Manager" said "chemicals must not be strong enough" There again I was just wiping my bare hand across it. Needless to say they lost my business because of this crew that was on shift. So yeah, the crew tonight made Shreveport Blue Beacon a Rip Off!
One of the best Blue Beacon locations I've been to. I went there on the evening of 10/16/17 and their staff did a great job on my truck. They were very courteous and professional. There was quite a line to get in but it was worth the wait. I will stop by next time I'm in Shreveport.
12-10-2017 approximately 7:30 am. Worse wash job I've ever paid for. Usually they do a good job. This time I will have to rewash when I get home. Money wasted.
Linectook a little bit to go through. Seems like trucks in the bay were a little longer time than usual. But when my turn came around, I was in for a while also. That translates to a much better than usual blue beacon wash.
Com data checks had a problem again. Theo was great at working his magic.
