I needed a tune up and the shop happens to be on my work so I stopped by. I was really impressed with the service. They got me right in and hooked me up. Their rates were very reasonable and I got a lot of good tips. Great group of people. Highly recommend.
However her instore experience was poor.

Staff isn't the nicest but its a nice shop.
She'd previously been in River City Cycling and they thoroughly qualified her and put her on several bikes.

We took our bikes in for a pre-trip service. Friendly helpful staff explained what had been performed and what to look out for on our journey. All done in a timely manner
She sent me this text after she left. "They suck! No service at all. Going back to River Cities"
The Bike Pedaler sales associate did not qualify her and simply pointed towards ladies bikes and said "we have these...."
