A great variety of creatures. The staff was great and the touch pools were awesome! I touched a sting ray, jellyfish, sea urchin, and starfish!!! So fun. My boyfriend and I had a great time. They are still getting organized since they’ve so recently opened but otherwise wonderful.
It's a great value for the location. Better than expected. It's not Sea world but for $12 it's worth it. My favorite part was touching the stingrays. Staff was super nice and it was clean. The restaurant however, seemed best for sipping drinks. The food was pricey and the menu was odd. But still a 5 out of 5. Can't wait to go back.
I liked the aquarium and my daughter loved it. I guess that's what really matters. There's a wide variety of ocean life as well as local river and lake life. My daughter loved the turtles and the jelly fish the most.
Side note and bonus: You don't HAVE to exit through the gift shop so you can avoid buying a knick knack that will inevitably clutter the house.
It was very enjoyable! Not a large aquarium which for the price I was hoping for a little more, but none the less we had an awesome day! My 3 year old loved touching the jelly fish, stingrays, and starfish! It's a great addition to Shreveport.
While it was busy, we didn't feel like we couldn't move easily from exhibit to exhibit. My little one especially loved the touch tanks. It's easy to finish a trip in about an hour or an hour and a half so it's not exhausting. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip.
